Will users of existing versions be able to use the new Realpacking 3.0?

Users of previous versions cannot upgrade to Realpacking 3.0 and must create a new account.

What is the difference between a worker account and an admin account?

The worker account accesses the recording program, while the admin account manages user accounts, searches and sends videos, processes payments, changes plans, etc.

How to change the number of workers?

Contact via phone or live chat to adjust number of workers.

What is the "video archive period"?

The period that videos are archived on the server for viewing and sending.

Is it necessary to purchase points to use additional features?

Yes, points must be purchased to use additional features. Points can be purchased from [Payment > Purchase Points].

Can the free trial period be used without providing card information?

Yes, the 14-day free trial period starts once the plan is chosen and sign-up is completed.

What happens after the free trial period ends?

A subscription plan must be purchased; otherwise, recording will be disabled, and only video viewing will be available on the web admin page. Seven days after the expiration date, all videos will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
